- DUI/DWI. I defend individuals charged with driving under the influence, driving while intoxicated or, as it is now known in Pennsylvania, driving after imbibing (DAI). Whenever possible, I will try to secure an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD), which results in dismissal of charges and expungement of your record if you satisfy the conditions set forth by the court.
- Alcohol-related crimes. I represent adults and minors, including students at Penn State University and other colleges in the area, who have been charged with such summary offenses as underage drinking, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, harassment and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
