Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
I defend people who have been charged with driving under the influence, driving while intoxicated or, as it is now known in Pennsylvania, driving after imbibing (DAI). I handle all misdemeanor or felony DUI offenses, representing first time defendants as well as repeat offenders. When appropriate, I will work to secure Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD), which leads to the dismissal of charges and the expungement from your record, provided you meet the conditions set forth by the court. Alcohol-Related Offenses
I protect the rights of individuals who have been charged with summary offenses such as underage drinking, public intoxication or drunkenness, disorderly conduct, providing alcohol to a minor or harassment. Traffic Violations
I represent local residents and visitors to the area, including commercial drivers, who have been ticketed for moving violations, including speeding, reckless or careless driving, failure to stop at a traffic light, or operating a vehicle without proper insurance or without a driver's license.
