My Practice
I protect the rights of people charged with felonies, misdemeanors or summary offenses, including:
- Driving under the influence (DUI). I represent first-time drunk driving defendants as well as repeat offenders. I will handle the administrative proceeding regarding driving privileges as well as the criminal proceeding to determine penalties. When appropriate, I will seek an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD), so that charges will be dismissed and your record expunged if you meet certain conditions set by the court.
- Alcohol-related offenses. I defend adults and minors charged with summary offenses such as underage drinking, public intoxication or drunkenness, disorderly conduct, harassment, and providing alcohol to minors.
- Traffic violations. I represent individuals and commercial drivers charged with moving violations, including speeding, careless or reckless driving, operating a vehicle without insurance or a driver's license, and failing to obey traffic signs.
